Job summary

MassMutual is seeking a Workstream Lead within Strategic Planning & Delivery to drive strategic execution across assigned initiatives. You will align projects with enterprise goals, coach initiative owners, and partner with ELT and Sponsors to maintain portfolio health and value realization.

The role requires strong financial acumen, governance discipline, and ability to navigate ambiguity while communicating insights clearly to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 10 years leading teams or delivering solutions for complex, cross-functional matters; able to present work with storytelling and analysis.
• Self-driven and adaptable; capable of leading hands-on in a fast-paced environment while effectively influencing stakeholders.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and apply financial insights to drive profitability and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ideation: apply human-centered design to help teams uncover core business challenges and address root issues.
• Coaching initiative owners and cross-functional teams to identify value, build cost/benefit analyses, and coordinate for strategic alignment.
• Inspire colleagues and leaders to embrace continuous improvement and transformation.
• Analytics/Reporting: review financial health of the workstream; monitor progress and risks.
• Value Creation: collaborate across functions to identify profitability opportunities.
• Oversight: review milestones and KPIs; mitigate risks and ensure data integrity.
