Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with extensive experience in leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to present analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Self‑driven, adaptable and able to influence across a fast‑paced organization.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data presentation and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern a designated workstream, aligning initiatives with enterprise goals.
• Coach initiative owners through planning, governance, and execution.
• Analyze financial health of the workstream and report progress to ELT/Sponsors.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure strategic alignment and value realization.
