Job summary
MassMutual is seeking an experienced communications and financial analysis professional within Investment Reporting & Communications. You will translate investment performance and strategy into clear narratives for executives, boards, and external stakeholders.
The role collaborates across Investment Management and enterprise functions to shape messaging that connects results to enterprise objectives and strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in investment management, financial analysis, or strategic communications.
- Experience communicating complex information to senior leaders and boards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop executive-level presentations and reports for leadership and boards.
- Synthesize investment, finance, and risk data into cohesive narratives.
- Partner with Finance, Strategy, IR, and Enterprise Communications teams.
- Support responses to rating agencies and external stakeholders.
- Drive governance and end-to-end reporting processes with independence.
