Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or related academic/professional background.
• 5 years experience with growing accountability and portfolio tracking.
• Familiarity with mortgage origination, underwriting, delivery and servicing processes.
• Experience supporting governance planning processes with changes to internal/customer-facing processes.
• Leadership and executive level interaction with functional leaders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Experience with CX tools and CRM systems is a plus.

• Facilitate executive prioritization forums ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive governance and oversight of prioritization workflow and compliance with policy, risk management, and operational standards.

• Identify dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to support executive decisions.
