Everforth ECS seeks a Sr. Workforce Planning & Staffing Manager to lead strategic workforce planning, forecasting, staffing operations, and talent deployment across a large federal portfolio from our Arlington, VA hybrid office.

You will drive capacity planning, utilization, and staffing pipelines, acting as the recruiting arm for subcontractors and working with program leadership and external staffing partners to ensure the right skills are available when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, HR, program management, organizational development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, staffing, resource management, program operations, or consulting operations.
• Experience supporting a large federal government program, portfolio, or professional-services organization.
• Ability to manage staffing across multiple projects/workstreams and work with PMOs, Recruiting and HR.

Responsabilités

• Lead portfolio-wide resource planning and staffing across programs, projects, and workstreams.
• Maintain an integrated view of open positions, staffing needs, available resources, and anticipated demand.
• Coordinate with Delivery Leads and program leadership to translate customer requirements into workforce needs.
• Develop workforce forecasts based on contract demand, attrition, growth, and changing requirements.
• Monitor capacity, utilization, and bench risk; drive staffing strategies and external partnerships.
• Serve as central coordinator for workforce demand, resources, gaps, and hiring priorities.
• Collaborate with procurement, recruiting, and program leadership to optimize external workforce partnerships.
