Partnering with business leadership, HR, and Resource Management, you will anticipate workforce needs, strengthen pipelines, and optimize recruiting operations while ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience recruiting for government programs
• GovCon experience with cleared/technical hiring
• Developing recruiters and process improvements
• Strong gov contracting lifecycle knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience using recruiting tech and dashboards
• Analytical skills to translate data into actions
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Commitment to diversity and fair hiring practices

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Partner with leadership and HR to identify hiring demand and talent needs
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters with clear expectations
• Conduct regular recruiter team meetings and resource planning
• Manage workload for high-demand, difficult-to-fill roles including cleared and executive positions
• Ensure data accuracy in the ATS and workflows
• Establish best practices for consistent recruiting operations
• Oversee sourcing across boards, social, referrals, networks
• Build relationships with staffing partners and industry groups
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on hiring outcomes
• Improve candidate and hiring manager experience
