Everforth ECS is seeking a Sr. Mission Integration Strategist to join our Arlington, VA team. The role anchors strategic advisory work across critical infrastructure, policy, and delivery for federal customers, operating at the intersection of national strategy and real-world implementation.

The candidate blends senior leadership with hands-on delivery, guiding cross-sector coordination, discovery, and implementation while partnering with the Account Growth lead to advance mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of progressive experience in consulting, strategy, advisory, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience supporting DHS, CISA, or other federal government agencies.
• Deep understanding of NIPP and SSPs, with familiarity of CISA's risk coordination role.
• Experience with SRMAs, critical infrastructure owners, ISACs/ISAOs.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to map interdependencies across sectors.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and define actionable plans.
• Experience translating strategy into execution plans and deliverables.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and business issues clearly.
• Experience influencing executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across government and private sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-sector infrastructure strategy and integration efforts.
• Advise federal partners on dependencies, risk, and operational challenges.
• Identify gaps between government intent and private sector execution.
• Assess SSPs and opportunities to modernize coordination models.
• Engage ISACs/ISAOs and understand trust and information-sharing dynamics.
• Develop implementable strategies and roadmaps for delivery teams.
