Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Product Owner for Workforce Planning (People Technology) to co-own the product vision, backlog, and roadmap built on Workday Adaptive Planning and integrated with Workday HCM. You will collaborate with People Organization and Finance leaders to mature planning toward scenario-based designs, talent supply/demand, and long-range workforce modeling.

You will own and build integrations, security, reports, and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and protected access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, HR, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in HR or Finance technology, with Workday Planning exposure.
• Hands-on experience building Workday Adaptive Planning integrations and models.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards with Adaptive Discovery Boards, OfficeConnect, Workday reporting.
• Proven product ownership, backlog management, and agile storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the workforce planning product strategy and multi-year roadmaps with the business PM.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning.
• Configure Adaptive Planning security and permissions for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into plans and variances.
• Governance, testing, and enablement of workforce planning across stakeholders.
