Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to serve as enterprise owner and strategic architect for the Adaptive Planning platform. You will align FP&A, HR, and corporate planning with business strategy, driving secure, high‑performing models and integrations.

You will collaborate with Finance and HR leadership to translate planning requirements into scalable solutions, oversee governance and reporting, and guide bi‑annual release adoption and AI strategy for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A systems, enterprise planning, or financial systems architecture.
• Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Certification.
• Deep hands‑on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning as an architect, lead administrator, or consultant.

Responsibilities

• Own the Adaptive product vision and roadmap for scalable planning across Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Translate business requirements into secure, governed models, integrations, and reporting solutions.
• Lead bi-annual release adoption and governance for the planning platform.
