Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Senior Talent Partner (Workforce Planning) to lead data-driven workforce planning for our global organization. The role sits within the Talent & Partnering team and will influence cross-functional leaders across HR, Finance, and business units.

The position requires extensive WFP experience, analytical rigor, and proficiency with Workday HCM. You will shape strategies, build forecasting models, and ensure we have the right skills in the right locations to win as one team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dedicated experience in workforce planning or analytics within a global organization.
• Deep expertise in WFP methodologies, including demand/supply forecasting, scenario modeling, and gap analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R).
• Experience with Workday HCM and its workforce planning modules, including a proven track record of implementing the system for WFP.
• Strong financial acumen and experience partnering with Finance on headcount planning and budget alignment.
• Ability to translate complex data into a compelling strategic narrative for an executive audience.
• Growth mindset, team player, ready to build a fully integrated new function.
• Able to pivot and thrive in an agile, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Build basic and scalable workforce planning processes, systems and models.
• Lead forecasting, modeling, and action planning to support business growth.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align workforce plans with strategy.
• Co-lead workforce planning technology implementation and integrations.
• Translate model outputs into concrete talent strategies across acquisition, mobility and reskilling.
