Job summary

IFC in Washington, DC seeks an Associate HR Officer to lead workforce planning initiatives, linking business strategy to talent requirements across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational development, economics, statistics, data science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience designing, leading, or implementing strategic workforce-planning processes.
  • Strong command of workforce-planning methodology and translation to budgeting, recruitment, talent management, or organizational design.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI, with data modeling and visualization; proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end strategic workforce planning processes and annual planning cycles.
  • Develop workforce forecasts, scenarios, analytical models, and planning tools.
  • Partner with leaders to identify gaps, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Integrate workforce planning with budgeting, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Develop dashboards and executive-ready analyses translating findings into recommendations.
  • Improve data quality and automate HR analytics processes, including AI-enabled solutions.
