Job summary

Inspire Brands, Atlanta-based, seeks a Finance Business Partner focused on headcount analytics within our Shared Services. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting while delivering insights on workforce trends and costs to enable informed decisions.

You will partner with Leaders to optimize staffing and resources, ensuring data integrity and timely, actionable analyses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of Planning & Analysis experience.
• 1+ years of Headcount Analysis experience.
• Preferred: 1+ years of Multi-brand corporate or Shared Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: support the G&A budget process with headcount planning and analysis; align staffing with financial goals.
• Monthly analyses: complete variance analyses for headcount costs; explain material variances for business reviews.
• Forecasting: collect and analyze headcount data for periodic workforce forecasts; project staffing levels and costs.
• Ad hoc analyses: provide headcount-related analyses to drive workforce optimization.
• Process Improvement: evaluate and propose improvements to headcount planning and reporting processes.
• Diligence: ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all headcount deliverables and data integrity.
• Customer Service: provide excellent service to finance partners and other teams; support headcount decisions.
