Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is hiring an Industrial Program Specialist to supervise workforce participants and inmates at Arizona Correctional Industries (ACI) sites in Florence. The role focuses on production supervision, security, and safe work practices in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal, state, and agency laws and procedures.
• Experience in inmate management and supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Inventory control and search techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workforce participants and community work crews at ACI sites.
• Maintain safety and security of participants through site, vehicle, pat, and strip searches.
• Conduct continuous observations and accountability headcounts.
• Oversee production activities and workforce conduct in manufacturing centers.
• Coordinate with Regional Operations and Workforce Development Managers to align efforts with production schedules.
• Review work output, provide coaching, and administer evaluations and discipline.
