Job summary

DocGo seeks a Senior Manager, Workforce & Labor Relations to partner with Transport Operations leadership, strengthening employee engagement, guiding labor relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture across assigned markets.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Transport Operations, you will shape workforce strategy, support union and non-union teams, and collaborate with the People, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure consistent employment practices and proactive risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, business administration, industrial relations, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, labor relations, operations leadership, organizational development, or workforce strategy.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state operations.
• Experience working in unionized environments, including grievance administration, labor-management meetings, collective bargaining preparation, or labor strategy.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations principles, and leadership development.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary workforce relations advisor to Transport Operations leadership across assigned markets.
• Coach managers through complex workplace situations, performance conversations, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and organizational change.
• Develop proactive labor relations strategies that strengthen management readiness and improve labor-management relationships.
• Monitor labor trends and recommend operational strategies that reduce risk while promoting positive employee relations.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen frontline leadership visibility and employee trust.
• Partner with People, Legal, Compliance, and other centers of excellence to implement enterprise workforce initiatives within Transport Operations.
