Job summary

Parkland Community Health Plan is seeking a Manager of Data Warehouse to lead the DW Team and advance the organization’s data capabilities. The role involves overseeing data integration, modeling, and governance while collaborating with Health IT and business partners to ensure secure, compliant data operations.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Data Warehouse environments, experience with Infomart design and Data Vault 2.0, and proven leadership in healthcare IT settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, IT, statistics, or related field is required.
• Master's degree in related discipline preferred.
• Six years of progressive experience in complex Data Warehouse environments.
• Four years of experience in data integration across multiple source systems, including two years using MS SSIS and SSMS.
• Four years in data modeling and/or database administration, including two years in MS SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and guidance for the Data Warehouse Team.
• Oversees day-to-day DW operations and supporting infrastructure.
• Supports IT projects aligned with organizational objectives.
• Ensures appropriate security controls exist for inbound/outbound DW processes.
• Collaborates with Health IT and business partners to ensure cross-system effectiveness.
• Participates in Data Governance Committee.
