Job summary

Dwyer Workforce Development is seeking a Partner Strategy Lead to advance workforce development initiatives in healthcare through strategic project leadership, program development, and partner success. This role requires deep healthcare operations knowledge and the ability to drive cross-team collaboration.

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience, with strong data analysis and training-content development capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, workforce development, public health, education, or a related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in the healthcare industry, workforce development, healthcare operations, program management, project leadership, partner success, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare operations/programs, employer partnerships, workforce development, healthcare regulations, and clinical environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects while balancing competing organizational priorities.
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, organizational, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Experience developing training content, implementation guides, SOPs, operational resources, or standardized processes preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into operational improvements.
  • Familiarity with CRMs or databases and comfort working with spreadsheets and data.
  • Ability to travel as needed throughout the DWD footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as department's subject matter expert for assigned healthcare industries and partnership types.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of healthcare trends, workforce needs, regulations, accreditation requirements, and employer expectations.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging workforce needs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and support assigned strategic projects and organizational initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives that strengthen partnerships, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance scholar outcomes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and content to support development of partner playbooks, implementation guides, forms, training materials, and operational tools.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Experience Coordinator to ensure materials are accurate and aligned with best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and partnership outcomes while recommending sustainable solutions.
  • Build collaborative relationships across departments to support organizational priorities and strategic initiatives.
