Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Educational Leadership, Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5 years of practitioner experience applying learning and development to strategic objectives.
• 3 years' experience across learning and development methods and solutions.
• 3 years' experience with leadership development, career planning, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workforce development initiatives across multiple regions.
• Translate priorities into scalable, integrated talent strategies.
• Strengthen talent pipelines and internal mobility for long-term workforce sustainability.
