Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Workforce development programs and respond to external inquiries with strong customer service.
• Support OSI academic programs including dual and concurrent enrollment and onboarding processes for students.
• Ensure functionality across URI platforms (e-Campus, Brightspace, Flywire, etc.).
• Plan and manage OSI conferences and events to support reputation and sustainability.
• Assist in grant and program evaluation with data-driven insights and clear communication.
• Identify new revenue opportunities through grants and partnerships.
• Contribute to OSI marketing efforts with web, ads, LinkedIn, and event sponsorships.
• Create operational efficiencies by streamlining administrative processes across the department.
