Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver talent metrics and insights for bench strength, succession health, retention risk, and mobility trends.
• Analyze workforce data, trends, and priorities to assess talent supply and demand and identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready narratives.
• Develop workforce forecasts, scenarios, and planning models to support decision-making across functions.
• Identify workforce risks, capability gaps, and talent-related challenges and recommend solutions.
