Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in workforce analytics, planning, BI, strategy, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication for senior leadership.
• Experience using workforce, business, and market data to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
• Experience partnering across HR, Finance, Strategy, and business functions.
