This role partners with HR, Finance, and Strategy to deliver actionable intelligence and support evidence-based decision-making.

The position emphasizes analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement to translate complex data into executive recommendations while contributing to Fidelity's onsite

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years in workforce analytics or related field.
• Strong communication and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Experience translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience forecasting, scenario planning, and capacity analysis.
• Ability to partner across HR, Finance, Strategy, and business units.
