Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or related area.
• 10+ years of experience in workforce strategy, governance, operations, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including forecasting, scenario planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Deep understanding of workforce strategy and translating data into business recommendations.
• Proven experience delivering strategic initiatives at enterprise scale in large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
• Business acumen to identify risks and develop scalable solutions.
• Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset with a track record of insights-driven impact.
