Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant workforce management experience accepted.
• 3+ years in workforce management/workforce planning in Retail.
• 2+ years using Excel and PowerPoint or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Recommends areas of opportunity for expense control and labor optimization for leaders.
• Delivers insights to stakeholders and prepares executive-level presentations.
• Leads cross-functional projects to optimize scheduling, self-service, timekeeping, and analytics.
• Serves as a thought leader in workforce management trends for the organization.
• Navigates the organization to align staffing with strategic roadmaps and resources.
• Oversees major projects on store design, role scalability, and productivity initiatives.
