Job summary

Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to grow and support key customer accounts across our workforce solutions business. You will serve as the connection point between clients, sales, recruiting, operations, and field workforce.

The role involves expanding services, supporting staffing, and delivering a high-touch client experience across our heavy industrial and mechanical/electrical sectors. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, or workforce solutions.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned client accounts through consistent communication, site visits, and workforce support.
• Travel up to 30% to client offices and jobsites.
• Identify opportunities to expand Kodiak's services into additional projects and divisions.
