Job summary

Workday is seeking a seasoned Consultant for the Success Plans governance team in Salt Lake City. You’ll advise customers on governance, deployment best practices, and organizational change, helping design and optimize their Workday governance models.

You will guide decisions at all levels, lead discovery activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve offerings and customer outcomes. Strong Workday knowledge and consulting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR or Financials governance programs.
• Ability to guide decision-making across senior leadership.
• Strong advisory and client-facing consulting skills.
