Job summary

Workday is seeking skilled consultants to enable customers through strategic Workday deployments across Spend, Inventory, WSS, and Expenses. You will advise on configuration, demonstrate features, and guide customers to adoption, backed by strong implementation experience.

You will collaborate with teams on value realization, maintain certification readiness, and help shape new enablement programs. A focus on customer success, cross-functional communication, and continuous learning is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of IT implementation experience.
• 3 years of software consulting and deployment experience including but not limited to PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
• 1+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME at least one of the following, Spend, Inventory, WSS, Evisort CLM, Cash Management and Expenses.
• 5 years of IT implementation experience.
• 5 years of software consulting and deployment experiences including but not limited to PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
• 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME at least one of the following, Spend, Inventory, WSS, Evisort CLM, Cash Management and Expenses

Responsibilities

• Conducting research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Delivering small scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations.
• Troubleshooting product configuration to meet customer requirements.
• Communicating responses and value to customers clearly.
• Creating and delivering customer presentations on Workday features.
• Providing one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption.
• Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
• Maintaining product expertise and Workday certifications.
• Keeping up to date with industry practices and customer topics.
• Helping drive new programs to boost feature adoption.
