Qualifications

• 3 years of IT implementation experience.
• 3 years of software consulting and deployment experience with major ERP systems.
• 1+ years of Workday Consulting experience or as a Workday SME in Spend/Inventory/WSS/Employees.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
• Delivering small scope consulting with configuration guidance and tips.
• Troubleshooting product configuration to meet business requirements.
• Communicating responses and value to customers clearly.
• Creating customer presentations on Workday features and accelerators.
