Job summary

Phaxis is seeking an analytical professional to design and manage Workday reports and dashboards. You will support Core HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation, delivering insights through Workday Reporting tools and collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, security, and enabling strategic decision-making through comprehensive reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Workday Reporting tools.
• Background in HRIS, HR, Payroll, or related data management.
• Experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM and Compensation.
• Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a variety of reports and dashboards using Workday tools like Report Writer and Discovery Boards.
• Maintain and optimize the catalog of standard and custom reports, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reports.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions with Workday modules and maintain security settings for report access.
• Test and troubleshoot reports to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide training and support to HR and business users on utilizing Workday reporting tools effectively.
• Assist with audit and compliance reporting needs.
