• College degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in nonprofit administration, event management, fundraising, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Women's Philanthropy in donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to strengthen retention and increase support.
• Manage and relaunch the Pomegranate giving level Society with volunteer leadership to boost engagement.
• Coordinate Women's Philanthropy Cabinet programming, invitations, registrations, nametags, attendance tracking and event logistics.
