Job summary

ACET is seeking a Wing Scheduler to support the 2d Bomb Wing at Barksdale AFB with long-range planning, tanker prioritization, and agile combat employment coordination. You will work to align scheduling with Air Force requirements and tenant/associate units while delivering a sustainable long-range system.

The role requires 2+ years as a squadron aircrew scheduler, DoD Secret Clearance, and experience with PEX or similar scheduling software.

Qualifications

Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance to access the airfield and military installation.
Minimum two (2) years of experience working as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
Minimum two (2) years of experience with PEX or a similar proprietary scheduling program.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-range scheduling system for tankers and agile combat employment operations.
Collaborate with operational units to align long-term mission planning with group objectives.
Coordinate with maintenance to obtain aircraft/equipment availability for scheduling.
Produce detailed reports for leadership to inform decision-making.
Train group personnel on the scheduling system and ensure knowledge transfer.
