Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in construction or building materials.

• Ability to analyze costs, trends, and supplier performance.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Team to ensure stock material week to week.
• Place, track, match, and approve purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure deposits or financing are secured prior to placing orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for deliveries.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate performance.
• Work with sales, operations, and installation teams to understand material needs.
• Communicate product availability and lead times to stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations on product selection and sourcing when needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the department when workload allows.
