Under Armour in Katy, TX is seeking a Director, Wholesale – Academy, to develop and execute the sales strategy for one of its most strategic Sporting Goods partners. You will drive profitable growth, strengthen executive relationships, and ensure seamless cross-functional execution across merchandising, planning, marketing, and operations.

The role requires deep Sporting Goods industry expertise, a proven track record leading high‑performing teams, and the ability to forecast, plan, and review

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 10 years, or 16 years of relevant work experience without a degree.
• Deep Sporting Goods industry expertise with strategic sales leadership.
• Strong forecasting, account planning, and business review skills.
• Experience with cross-functional partnerships and executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share.
• Own forecasting, account planning, and seasonal reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights and trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on product assortments and GTM strategies.
• Manage relationships with Academy Sports + Outdoors executives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
