Job summary

Clipboard is a remote-first company expanding globally, seeking a Strategic WFM Analyst. You will own centralized forecast, capacity planning, and workforce cost optimization across all lines of business.

The role blends advanced WFM maths with financial analytics to inform executive decisions and drive efficiency. You’ll translate forecasts into staffing and budget strategies, model trade-offs with FTEs and vendors, and present concise memos to Directors.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative background with deep expertise in WFM forecasting and capacity planning.
• Ability to translate complex demand forecasts into defensible headcount and cost strategies.
• Experience with data analysis and executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Translate multi-LOB demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly capacity and budget needs.
• Model workforce and financial trade-offs across FTEs, BPOs, overtime, and productivity.
• Analyze changes in demand funnels and quantify capacity and financial impact.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Operations to validate assumptions and staffing.
• Draft executive memos and weekly reviews for leadership.
