Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive, tailored advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to business partners, meet with clients, and build customized financial plans including brokerage products.

The role requires Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses, plus 1+ year in investments or financial services. You may need SAFE Act registration for mortgage-related duties and must work a Monday–Friday schedule with

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or 63/65 equivalents).
• At least 1 year in the investments industry with product knowledge.
• At least 1 year in financial services or a sales role with meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong relationship building and client communication skills.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) and banking solutions.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal partners based on needs and assets.
• Mitigate and manage risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
