You will manage relationships with key firms and deliver compelling presentations that motivate action, while collaborating with senior teams to maximize investor outcomes.

The role emphasizes territory leadership, portfolio knowledge and strong partner alignment with retirement and institutional specialists.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in third-party distribution.
• Lead a territory team consisting of Internal, Divisional and Regional Wholesale.
• Strong partner with Retirement Plan Wholesaler and specialists to drive results.
• Deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales initiatives in the Cross Channel segment for XC Wealth Management.
• Identify firm and representative needs and coordinate efforts to serve them.
• Manage American Funds Distributions presence, relationships and business results.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations to clients and prospects.
• Set goals, measure performance and collaborate with Senior Sales Force members.
