Qualifications

• Experience leading water/wastewater treatment or conveyance designs from pursuit to construction.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams including internal staff, subconsultants, and vendors.
• Experience with collaborative delivery projects and client relationship development.
• Strong client service, project management, and design leadership skills.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in California or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Engage in business development and project delivery as a client-facing Project Leader in Municipal/Industrial Water in California.
• Manage project staff, financials, and contracts meeting performance goals.
• Promote project delivery structure with Project Managers and Project Technical Leads.
• Provide technical guidance for innovative water/wastewater solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients through planning, design, and construction.
• Lead strategic client relationships and drive business development in California.
