Nalco Water seeks an Account Manager to join its industry-leading sales team in New York. You will drive revenue and profit growth of programs and services in targeted accounts, using a consultative approach to meet business needs and deliver system assurance.

With strong account leadership, you will convert strategic accounts and sell new technologies to current customers, while coaching District Reps and leading portions of District Meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of technical or field sales experience.
• Current and valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach District Reps; champion corporate initiatives and plan District Meetings.
• Generate and execute sales plans to close new opportunities within existing customer base and major accounts to increase territory profit.
• Work with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend improvements.
• Develop relationships with plant or facility executives and perform system analysis to optimize customer operations.
