Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) is a leading freight forwarder providing domestic and international logistics solutions. The Coordinator, Warehousing Client Services communicates with customers and carriers to coordinate deliveries and shipments, working closely with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

The role involves data entry in the WMS, inventory checks, problem resolution, and proactive client engagement to expand relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1–3 years in Transportation or Warehousing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to write detailed business correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments with customers and carriers.
• Interface with warehouse team for accurate and timely processing of orders and receipts.
• Process transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Provide proactive client communications regarding deliveries and service issues.
