• 1-3 years of experience in Transportation or Warehousing preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to write detailed business correspondence
• Ability to work independently and with teams
• Problem solving with concrete variables and some ingenuity
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass pre-employment checks

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments with customers and carriers.
• Interface with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Process transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for receipts, shipments, and inventory transfers.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Adhere to warehousing SOPs and drive continuous improvement with site management.
• Provide proactive client communication and timely updates on deliveries or issues.
• Act as liaison between clients, warehouse operations, and administration.
• Source transportation for secured moves in collaboration with operations personnel.
