Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide in Joliet, IL seeks a Coordinator, Warehousing Client Services to communicate with customers and carriers, coordinating incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments. The role requires strong organizational skills and experience with warehouse processes.

You will work with the warehouse team, use the WMS to process receipts and shipments, perform cycle counts, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve client relationships and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1–3 years in Transportation or Warehousing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to write detailed business correspondence.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and carriers to coordinate deliveries and shipments.
• Interface with warehouse team to ensure accurate order processing.
• Process transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Support adherence to warehousing SOPs and drive improvements.
• Provide proactive client service and resolve issues.
• Direct drivers to docks and manage notifications.
