Job summary

The Vincit Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the ZECO distribution facility to oversee daily operations and ensure accurate handling of deliveries and shipments in line with company specifications.

You will lead warehouse personnel, train staff, and coordinate with shipping, production, and customer service to meet customer expectations while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience in distribution or warehouse management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wear mandatory PPE at all times.
• Coordinate safe distribution of goods meeting standards.
• Manage day-to-day activities of shipping clerks and transfer drivers.
• Train personnel and address staffing needs.
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized warehouse environments.
