Job summary

The Vincit Group in Memphis, TN is seeking a Production Lead to oversee the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the ZECO production and/or distribution warehouse. You will lead and train production/warehouse personnel to ensure production, manufacturing processes, deliveries and/or shipments are handled accurately and in accordance with company/product specifications.

Responsibilities include wearing PPE, coordinating safe material distribution, leading shipping clerks and production

Qualifications

3+ years of production experience.
3+ years lead experience in distribution, warehouse management, or chemical manufacturing.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Wear PPE at all times and ensure safe distribution of finished goods and raw materials to customers.
Lead and supervise shipping clerks and production associates; train, appraise performance, and address staffing needs.
Coordinate warehouse activities to meet customer expectations and optimize loads and hours.
Support order fulfillment with operations, customer service, and logistics teams.
Implement best practices across warehouse and production functions and complete special projects as needed.
