Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Irving, TX is seeking a Manager, Warehouse to lead a mid-size distribution center. You will oversee daily operations, staff development, and compliance with FMCNA SOPs, GMPs, OSHA, and MSDS standards.

You will manage budgets, inventory controls, and process improvements while coordinating security and records for regulatory compliance. A strong background in SAP/ERP and procurement analysis is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, Supply Chain or related field with 2 years of warehouse management or buyer experience.
Alternatively, 4 years of Warehouse Manager/Buyer experience in an industrial setting.
Experience with SAP or ERP systems including MRP/demand planning.
Experience negotiating terms with corporate vendors.
Experience analyzing procurement performance and budgeting/forecasting.

Responsibilities

Direct daily warehouse operations and lead the team to meet goals.
Establish infrastructure, systems, budgets, and SOPs; enforce GMPs and OSHA rules.
Maintain inventory accuracy and secure warehouse contents.
Develop and implement process improvements and cost reductions.
Oversee records, reports, and regulatory compliance; manage payroll and performance reviews.
