Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities, ensuring accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years in warehouse support and a related degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Assoc./equivalent degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related field required.
• CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and effective order fulfillment.
• Prepares shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitors stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigates damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution.
• Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain accurate warehouse visibility.
