Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• LEAN experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel overnight to seminars and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of goods.
• Issue purchase orders and maintain GP purchasing software.
• Manage LTL shipping to optimize inbound costs.
• Oversee warehouse operations and policies to improve efficiency.
• Ensure financial goals align with budget with Director oversight.
• Monitor inventory levels with physical counts.
• Maintain warehouse layout and equipment conditions.
• Track recurring purchases and ensure timely handling.
• Oversee seasonal staff recruitment, scheduling, and discipline.
