Responsibilities

Buying: manage purchase order adherence, budget management, pricing updates, and supplier utilization; oversee location spend reports; evaluate sponsorships; coordinate multi-market sourcing; assist new account setup.
Warehouse management: ensure safe receiving, storage and distribution; train staff; assist with supplier delivery scoring and adjustments.
Payables: align with location finance on pay terms; review late payment reports; reconcile monthly statements.
Inventory control management: drive inventory turn goals; manage month-end reporting; handle slow/dead stock lists; compare inventory to prior periods with planning.
