Winebow seeks an experienced Distribution Operations Manager for our Benicia, CA office. The role leads receipt and distribution of product, develops site processes, and mentors transportation and warehouse staff.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, with a strong focus on safety and compliance. Salary range is $135,000–$145,000 with a 6% bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401(k) match, employee purchase program, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field, or HS diploma with 5 years in distribution operations.
• Minimum 5 years' experience supervising warehouse and transportation teams.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Warehouse Management and RF scanners.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience operating material handling equipment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and management for receipt and distribution of products.
• Develop site-specific facility processes and metrics to improve operations.
• Mentor transportation and distribution center personnel and achieve performance goals.
• Schedule inbound product and ensure accurate placement in the warehouse.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse layout to support capacity and throughput.
• Oversee daily routing to satisfy customer orders and DOT requirements.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and payroll processing for warehouse staff.
• Develop annual operating budgets and monitor operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company SOPs.
