Winebow seeks a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager in New Jersey to lead all processes from receipt to movement of products. You will manage the daily warehouse and fleet, drive metrics improvements, and ensure cost-efficient delivery with the sales team.

You will oversee inventory, safety, training, budgeting, and staff performance, while ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe work environment. A strong candidate brings 5+ years in DC ops and leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in distribution center operations.
• Five years of experience in distribution center operations management.
• Minimum of 5 years experience directly supervising, managing, or leading employees with demonstrated ability to provide direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Demonstrated computer skills.
• Ability to plan and organize.
• Knowledge of and experience with fleet and warehouse equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Lead all processes related to receipt and movement of Winebow products.
• Manage daily warehouse and fleet operations; monitor metrics and drive improvements.
• Ensure cost-effective delivery of customer orders in partnership with the sales/merchandising team.
• Support external and internal customers; customer service, store relations, sales support, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements: DOT, Sec. 404, audits, HOS, and drug testing.
• Maintain a safe work environment; conduct forklift training and safety meetings.
• Manage inventory to meet customer requirements: order filling, capacity planning, and slotting.
• Oversee distribution center to shelf: order cycle, receiving, shipping, route management and order accuracy.
