Job summary

Kardex Group in Cincinnati seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead automation strategy for warehouse operations, translating client needs into technical designs and guiding multi-disciplinary teams.

You will work with Sales and Engineering to develop scalable storage and picking solutions, using data-driven approaches to optimize throughput and customer outcomes. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse automation, material handling, distribution operations, solution engineering, systems integration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Experience supporting customer-facing technical or solution-selling activities.
• Ability to understand operational data and translate it into automation requirements.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working collaboratively with Sales and Engineering organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation architecture discussions and translate customer requirements into technical designs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to develop scalable, high-performance storage and fulfillment solutions.
• Translate operational data into concrete automation requirements and ROI justifications.
• Support customer-facing demonstrations and solution demonstrations.
• Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously through the solution lifecycle.
