Job summary

Kardex Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Cincinnati team. This customer-facing role combines deep warehouse operations knowledge with technology expertise to define requirements, craft automation concepts, and demonstrate measurable business value to clients.

You will lead discovery sessions, develop end-to-end solution concepts around AutoStore and material handling, and support the sales process with compelling technical demonstrations and workshops.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse automation and distribution operations.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into automation concepts.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executives and operators.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions and requirements definition.
• Develop high level automation concepts integrating AutoStore, conveyors and software.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to win opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Solution Design teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
